Norwegian Cruise Line is touting new seven-night Caribbean cruises that include a call in Havana, Cuba — a first for the line.
Until now, the Miami-based company’s only voyages with Havana on the schedule have been short trips lasting four nights.
Norwegian also plans new nine- and 13-night sailings that feature a call at Havana.
Just days after the Walt Disney World Resort revealed ticket prices would increase, Universal Studios Orlando officials announced Friday that the theme park’s admission costs would go up.
According to the Orlando Sentinel, the price of Universal’s single-park tickets increased $5 to $115 per adult, and single-day, park-to-park tickets for Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay jumped from $165 to $170.
Rumbling Mount Sinabung on the Indonesian island of Sumatra shot billowing columns of ash more than 16,400 feet into the atmosphere and hot clouds down its slopes on Monday. There were no fatalities or injuries from the morning eruption, the National Disaster Mitigation Agency said.
The volcano, one of three currently erupting in Indonesia, was dormant for four centuries before exploding in 2010, killing two people. Another eruption in 2014 killed 16 people, while seven died in a 2016 eruption.

Working in collaboration with local developer, Kailas Companies, Hard Rock will amplify The Big Easy with the addition of an 18-story building housing Hard Rock Hotel New Orleans and the Residences at the Hard Rock Hotel New Orleans. The hotel is scheduled to open in the spring of 2019.
